When you purchase ready-made botanical art and jewelry, mustard seed jewelry, or custom keepsake jewelry from Dandelions in December, you are agreeing to these policies. Thank you for your support!

Shipping Policies

Most orders are shipped via First-Class Mail and will arrive within 2-5 days. Please double-check your address before completing your order to avoid potential delays.

 

We are not responsible for lost packages—once the package leaves our care, we cannot be responsible for the shipping times or what happens to the package in the care of the shipping carrier.

 

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit card payments and PayPal.

Packaging

Orders of botanical resin jewelry or custom flower jewelry are individually placed in small plastic bags and then packaged together inside a sturdy jewelry box. This box is shipped in a bubble mailer along with a business card and care instructions. No other receipts, packing slips, or paperwork are included.

 

The jewelry box is not intended as gift packaging, although you may choose to use it as such. If you order multiple items to gift, please be aware that they will all arrive in a single jewelry box.

 

Non-jewelry items are packaged appropriately for protection during shipping.

Returns/Exchanges

If you need to return an item, please contact us directly. We’re here to help!

 

Returns must be received within seven days of delivery, in the same condition it was received (unworn, unused, and undamaged) and in the original jewelry box.

 

We do not accept late returns, trades, or exchanges. We do not issue refunds for lost or late packages due to USPS errors.

Custom Jewelry Orders

If you are ordering a custom wedding bouquet keepsake or funeral flower keepsake, flowers must be fully dried before you mail them to us unless we have otherwise spoken and made different arrangements. Flowers often change color after they are dried—reds will darken to near-purple, purples will deepen, and whites and yellows can dry to cream or even brown.

 

We will send you detailed packing and shipping instructions after your order is received. Please follow these instructions exactly to ensure your flowers arrive in the best possible shape for creating your keepsake jewelry or art.

Although we take great care to make sure your piece is as perfect as possible, bubbles may appear as a natural result of preserving organic material in resin.

 

Our resin is UV-resistant, but it may still turn a light amber over time in direct sun exposure.

 

We do not return any unused flowers sent for your custom order but will keep them for up to six months in case you would like to purchase other pieces.

 

Due to the nature of customs, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Jewelry Care

Jewelry care instructions are provided with every order. To help your jewelry last a lifetime and retain its beauty, follow these care instructions:

  • Do not get jewelry wet or submerge it in water.

  • Store jewelry away from moisture (i.e. do not store in bathroom).

  • Exposure to lotions, perfume, and natural oil from your skin can cause tarnishing. Always wipe jewelry clean with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.

  • The bag you received your jewelry in is ideal for storage

  • We use a UV-resistant, non-yellowing resin, but we still do not recommend displaying resin artwork in a window or in direct sunlight.

FAQ

How can I find out about new releases ahead of time?

Dates for upcoming releases are announced on Instagram a few days prior to the release date. To be alerted as soon as a new release is announced, join our email list.

​

Why is your shop empty?

If the shop is empty, that means all the work from our previous release has sold. Designs are released in small batches. Some designs sell quickly (such as cottages and mushrooms) while some stay around in the shop a bit longer. Follow us on Instagram and join our email list so you don’t miss out on a release!

Do you offer holds?

In an effort to be fair to all customers, we do not offer holds.
