For Jewelry & Ready Made Products
When you purchase jewelry from Dandelions In December you are agreeing to these policies. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions: email@example.com
First Class Mail is used for most shipping and usually takes 2-5 days to arrive. Please double check your address before ordering to avoid potential delays or lost packages. I am not responsible for lost packages - once they leave my hands I cannot control delivery.
2. Method of Payment
I accept PayPal and credit card payments.
3. How your packages are shipped
Jewelry items will be packaged inside a sturdy jewelry box and multiple items will be combined into one box. Then the box is placed inside a bubble envelope. A business card and care instructions will be included. No other receipts, packing slips or paperwork are included. If you are purchasing a different item other than jewelry, it will be packaged appropriately. The jewelry box isn't necessarily a gift jewelry box, although it can be used for that if you are gifting. It is how I ship my jewelry. If you have ordered multiple items and plan on gifting those items, please be aware that you will need to acquire other gift packaging options for multiple items.
4. Release Schedule
I release new batches as often as we can. Release date will be posted on my Instagram feed and on my website a few days ahead time. You can also sign up for my email list to be alerted as to the release date.
Contact me if you need to return an item. Return must be received within 7 days of receipt, in original jewelry box and must be in unworn, unused, and undamaged condition. We do not accept exchanges, trades or late returns. We do not issue refunds for lost or late packages due to USPS errors. Please know that once the package leaves our care, we cannot be responsible for the shipping times or what happens to the package in the care of the shipping carrier.
6. Jewelry Care
I will provide jewelry care instructions in every order. Do not get item wet or submerge in water. Do not store in the bathroom and always wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth and store away from moisture - the bag you received it in is ideal for storage. To prevent tarnishing, always wipe jewelry after wearing. Exposure to lotions, perfume, and the natural oil from your skin can cause tarnishing. Air, (acids & moisture) is what oxidizes the metal.
Even though I use a UV resistant and non-yellowing resin, we suggest not putting your resin artwork in a window.
Flowers must be fully dried before mailing, unless we have otherwise spoken and made other arrangements. Please follow shipping instructions exactly. Flowers can change color after they are dried - reds will dry darker, almost purple. Purples will deepen. Whites and yellows can dry to a cream, darker yellow, or even brown. Although we take great care to make sure your piece is as perfect as possible, bubbles can appear in resin as a natural consequence of preserving organic material in resin. We use a UV resistant epoxy resin, but as resin can turn a light amber over time, we suggest keeping your piece out of direct sunlight or bright windows. We do not return any unused flowers and will keep them for up to 6 months in case you would like to purchase other pieces.
Due to the nature of customs, we do not accept returns.
A few questions.....
1) Why is your shop empty? If my shop is empty, that means all the work from my previous release has sold. Designs get released in small batches. Some designs sell quickly (cottages, mushrooms) and some stay around int the shop a bit longer. To be sure you get the item you want, I recommend trying to be on my website when I release so you aren't disappointed.
2) Do you offer holds? Unfortunately, I do not. I just want to be fair to all shoppers.
3) Why do all of the products say "sold out" before you release? I want to offer a full preview of the release and the only way I can do that is to put up all the inventory and put in "0" -- that way you can see what's available and no one can purchase until the release time.
