1. Shipping

First Class Mail is used for most shipping and usually takes 2-5 days to arrive.  Please double check your address before ordering to avoid potential delays or lost packages.

2. Method of Payment

We accept PayPal and credit card payments.

3. How your packages are shipped

Your items will be packaged inside sturdy jewelry boxes and multiple items will be combined into one box if possible unless otherwise requested.  Then the box is placed inside a bubble envelope.  A  business card and care instructions will be included.  No other receipts, packing slips or paperwork are included.

4.  Release Schedule

We release new batches as often as we can.  Release date will be posted on my Instagram feed and on my website a few days ahead time.  You can also sign up for my email list to be alerted as to the release date.

5.  Returns/Exchanges

Contact us if you need to return an item.  Return must be received within 7 days of receipt, in original jewelry box and must be in unworn, unused, and undamaged condition.  We do not accept exchanges, trades or late returns.

6.  Care

We will provide jewelry care instructions in every order.  Do not get item wet or submerge in water.  Do not store in the bathroom and always wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth and store away from moisture - the bag you received it in is ideal for storage. To prevent tarnishing, always wipe jewelry after wearing.  Exposure to lotions, perfume, and the natural oil from your skin can cause tarnishing.  Air, (acids & moisture) is what oxidizes the metal.

Even though we use a UV resistant and non-yellowing resin, we suggest not putting your resin artwork in a window.

The flowers used in our botanical embroidery hoops are sealed; however, we do not suggest placing them in sunlight. 

7. The Art Behind Our Custom Wedding Jewelry Process

From time to time, we will do custom work.  If so, you will find how to purchase on our shop page.

If you are sending custom flowers, it is imperative that they are completely dry.  We do not dry your flowers.  To preserve them correctly, no moisture must remain in the flower or petals. They can mold in transport, so we require that you dry them before shipping.  Once your reservation is received, if your flowers are not already dried, we will send you easy drying instructions - drying your flowers will not take any special materials or equipment.  Drying them will take about 3 weeks.

In our design process, we choose the best and most colorful flowers/petals you send.  We try to incorporate something from each and every flower or piece of greenery you send.    Please note that changes of varying degrees can happen to the flowers during the preservation process.  Every petal or flower will react differently to our medium and can change in color.  


White flowers (or cream colored flowers) will dry much darker and can brown significantly, therefore the brown color will remain once preserved in the artwork. If you send flowers that are already browned, please note that we cannot bring back the original color.
